10 easy steps to happiness

Some days are you just bad days, that’s all. You have to experience sadness to know happiness, and I remind myself that not every day is going to be a good day, that’s just the way it is.

Everyone wish to be happiness, but not just wish we can get it.

These are just some step that can help improve happiness.

Step 1. Complain less, appreciate more

When you waste your breath complaining about how bad your life is, remember that others are taking their last breath.

Appreciate all the Good things you have.

Be like a water just flow with it.

Step 2. Watch less, Do more

Sometimes it’s about less is more. It’s about the seed. Thinking about this gigantic tree that you think is so beautiful but it started with this just seed.

Watch with your action not with your eye.

Step 3. Judge less, accept more

If you wasted time to judge people, you have no time to love and accept them. Not all our judge is correct.

Step 4. Fear less, try more

Busy with fear and never try, How that thing can be possible happen?

Scare this scare that, you still not yet start. who will do it for you. Do it now.

Step 5. Talk less, Listen more

God gave us mouths that close and ears that don’t.

The biggest communication problem is we do not listen to understand. Start listen more before talk.

Step 6. Frown less, Smile more

There are several reasons why people frown. Anger, depression, stress, tiredness, frustration, etc could cause people to frown.

The truth is that many people do not even know they frown. why to some, they do not see reasons to smile more.

Keep smiling, it make you and people around feel fresh.

Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There’s going to be stress in life, but it’s your choice whether you let it affect you or not.
